While some see life as a juggling act, I see it as a balancing act—something I wasn't always good at. After years of burning the candle at both ends, I experienced first-hand the negative impacts that an intense, stressful lifestyle can have on one's health and I crashed. What happened that year wasn’t as important as what came after…the journey that led me to take control of my life and my health. My crash taught me the importance of balance in life and that we all have far more control over our health than we might believe. It also drove me to study professional coaching and earn a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine, something that allowed me to combine my passion for food and health along with nutritional know-how in the most powerful way.
I’m a bit like a doctor of food for my clients. I bring scientific knowledge and the principles of natural medicine together with an integrated approach to healthcare to support clients in their own journey to better health and achieve their optimal health and well-being.
