All Relationship Matters

Personal Philosophy:

One of the key findings from Harvard's 75 year study on happiness shows having good strong relationships keeps us happier, healthier and living longer. That makes so much sense as are biologically shaped to form close connections. We also know via extensive research that loneliness and isolation is a strong contibuting factor towards physical and mental illness.

That is why at ARM we have chosen to work from a relational perspective. If a client presents with anxiety or depression, apart from treating the condition, we look at the client within a 'whole' person context ie how is anxiety affecting his relationships and how to better manage.

At ARM we are  a small team of career counsellors, psychotherapists, family therapists and psychologists dedicated in helping you create and maintain healthy, close and meaningful relationships with the significant people in your life and more importantly the relationship you have with yourself.
